Please note that all account top-ups are final and non-refundable. Once funds are added to your account, they cannot be returned.

However, if a customer is unable to use our charging service due to their vehicle being incompatible with our chargers, they may request a refund for the unused balance. To process the refund, the customer must provide proof of incompatibility, such as a diagnostic report or verification from our technical support team.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment method.
